Rule 74
Submitting and Fraud
(1) In accordance with this regulation, when the government or any other person takes submissions for the purpose of government work, he must submit the details of what amount of money is required for the purpose of the work.
(2) Sub-rule (1) Based on the details received from the office, the head of the office shall give a clear written submission, not exceeding the amount required for the related work, with the position and purpose of the employee and in the case of other persons, three generations, permanent and temporary address of that person.
(3) It shall be the duty of both types of advance takers to ensure that the advance given under sub-rule (2) is withdrawn by following the procedure of this regulation within the period specified in this regulation. After receiving the details of the amount submitted to the office including the payment of the bill, the office should complete the payment within twenty one days. If the budget is not sufficient during the payment, the amount to be paid should be checked in lieu of the received bill, and the amount to be paid should be paid in advance.
